Summary: Philippine Cultural College uses a manual system when lending equipment and items. This process takes up most of their time when checking and monitoring the borrowed and returned equipment. Thus this study is made to convert the inventory system of the college department automatic, which will help the staff in many ways like: fast access when they need to check for the availability of equipment, efficiently tracking who borrowed the equipment or item, and reliably provide accurate information specifically the name, ID number, course or category for the user. The RICS checks the name of the borrower, what equipment/item he/she will borrow, reason for borrowing, name of the subject and professor, and the date and time it was borrowed and returned. It also counts the equipment going in and out of the inventory of the department.
