The objective is to enable the reader acquire essential knowledge and understanding of the fundamental law. The wording of the Constitution is so brief and needs deeper discussion and illustration so that the reader will be able to catch the true spirit of every provision. Some foreign terms and high words were defined to avoid confusion and misinterpretation. Steps, procedures and the manner on how rights are invoked are included because the Authors firmly believe that most citizens know their rights but they are unaware on how they might invoke the same or when they may enjoy them.
